Many have come to view natural sleep aids as well as ‘alternative solutions’ for insomnia with much doubt and skepticism. Sleeping has always been believed to be a natural act. Either it comes, or it doesn’t come. However, when insomnia progresses to an extent where one might be going night after night without sleep, it can be very painful for the patient. Modern sciences have sought a solution for this problem. The result: a range of well-researched herbal remedies and gadgets that are hundred per cent natural. These natural sleep aids have been specially designed and tested by experts to bring comfort and sleep to sufferers of insomnia. However, users of such sleep aids need to be careful to avoid pills and supplements that can lead to addiction disorders.
Bear in mind that the main solution to your sleeping issues, however, is to identify the cause behind it. Insomnia is often brought about by personal problems like marital discontent, financial troubles, and irregular diet and exercise habits. Identify the reason and work towards slowly changing it. Consultation groups can be very effective for this purpose.
Forms of natural therapy that may aid you in regaining your natural sleeping pattern include aromatherapy, exposure to light, meditation, massages, yoga, and acupuncture. These are all activities that relax the mind and soul of any stress, preparing the body for sleep, which automatically increases the likelihood of a peaceful night’s sleep. A hormone called melatonin is known to induce sleep through chemical processes that lead to drowsiness. Although this is naturally made within your body, people have been known to specifically include foods containing this, such as bananas and walnuts, into their diet to help relieve sleeping difficulties.
Pharmaceutical products and sleeping aids should only be utilized as a last resort. Recent sleep aid products that have been successfully developed and marketed include herbal sleep aids like Lavender and Valerian, which naturally have a relaxing effect on your body.

As a result of much debate in the literature about the loyalty construct, different perspectives in defining customer brand loyalty have evolved. The most commonly used approaches are behavioural, attitudinal and composite.
Many researchers and marketers have defined brand loyalty using the behavioural approach, which considers customer purchase behaviour repeated over time. However, this concept has been criticised due to its inability to distinguish between reasons that may encourage repeat purchase such as psychological brand commitment, convenience, habit or low income.
Attitudinal concept, on the other hand, refers to psychological and emotional characteristics of brand loyalty, such as brand commitment and preference. Several authors have stated that attitudinal loyalty is able to predict customer purchase behaviours, for example, the probability of future usage of the brand. However, others argue that some highly committed to the brand customers may not repurchase or revisit due to lack of need or opportunity, for example, money constraints.
Many researchers, agree that defining brand loyalty strictly from a behavioural or attitudinal perspective, does not give a clear understanding of the loyalty construct. As a solution to this problem, a bi-dimensional concept known as composite loyalty has been introduced in the literature. It comprises both behavioural and attitudinal dimensions. Figure 1 demonstrates the concept.

Composite approach forms the basis for much of the loyalty research. The following definition of loyalty considers composite concept and, therefore, is used by many to define customer brand loyalty:
“The biased (i.e. non-random) behavioural response (i.e. re-visit), expressed over time, by some decision-making unit with respect to one brand out of a set of brands, which is a function of psychological (decision making and evaluative) processes resulting in brand commitment” (Bloemer and de Ruyter 1998, p. 500).

While most of us think of the Canary Islands as an expensive place to visit, the reality is that like all vacation destinations, a little planning can go a long way. Simply plan well if you want an affordable, fun and yet indulgent Canary Islands vacation.
Planning

First, do your homework. Don’t plan to jet to the Canary Islands and have a budget vacation without some planning. Do research on the activities you would like to do there. Are there coupons available for the places you want to visit or the things you want to do? Any travel discounts? Think about your trip dates. If you are flexible, you can save a good deal of money on airfare and even lodging.
When you plan, allow enough time to plan well. That is, ideally you’ll plan well ahead of your vacation so you can take advantage of any travel discounts; you can do research on the area and the places you’d like to visit and you have time to plan well ahead so you can take advantage of the budget deals.
However, cheap holidays in Canary Islands can be had if you decide on a lark to visit. Sometimes you can get excellent discounts on last-minute travel, so don’t assume that a budget vacation can only be had if you plan well ahead.
Dining
One of the most expensive components of travel is food. We like to travel and enjoy good food and many times enjoying the local flavor can empty our pocketbooks. But you can save a good deal of money by planning here, too. If you rent a villa, for example, you can make many of your own meals. You might decide to eat breakfast and lunch on your own and enjoy the local dining scene at night. You can save a lot of money by just eating on your own for two out of three meals.
When you do eat out, don’t overlook the simple, less expensive establishments. We often assume that a dinner price ties directly to the quality of the food, but you might be surprised to find that in the Canary Islands as elsewhere, there is often very good food to be had at smaller, less expensive places.
Car hire
Avoid the crowded and rushed experience of bus tours and hire a car instead. This way, you can control where and when you go places and possibly save money as well. You won’t have to pay for someone else to drive you around; simply get a good price on a car hire and drive yourself where you need to go.
If you are traveling with your children, or a larger group of people, the savings of hiring a car over gong on a bus tour are substantial. Don’t overlook the “do it yourself’ quality of getting around the islands in your own vehicle.
A little planning can go a long way toward saving you money on your vacation to the Canary Islands.

The first national flag of Cape Verde was hoisted on July 5, 1975 and it was confirmed by law on April 19, 1976. Actually, the basic design was derived from the flag of the party working for the independence of Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde adopted in August 1961. it was designed to represent both Cape Verde and Guinea-Bissau after they got freedom from the Portuguese colonial rule.
Flag comprises the pan African red, yellow, green and black star to symbolize the African people and their hope for dignity, liberty and peace. The blood of national heroes and the revolutionary struggle for development is represented by the vertical red stripe. National well being and culture is represented by yellow horizontal stripe and green horizontal stripe represents hope and agriculture. The black star was framed by ears of corn and seashell, when Cape Verde became independent.
The movement for democracy defeated the ruling party in free elections of 1991. a new national flag was established to symbolize the break with the socialist and pan Africans. To symbolize the 10 main islands of Cape Verde in the Atlantic Ocean, it had blue stripes bearing a ring of 10 yellow stars. Suggested peace and National resolve on the pathway to nation building is represented by the horizontal stripes of white red white. Cape Verde has strong historical and ethnic ties with Portuguese and Americans and the colors red white and blue were link to these countries.
Reflecting the new future chosen by the country, the flag became official on September, 25, 1992. The flag resembles to that of Guinea Bissau’s with maize wreath and scallop shell around the black star. The device is positioned in such a manner that lower points of the star lie on the same line as the yellow green boundary.
The flag represents the culture, geographic exclusiveness, their ethnic history, people their fight for liberation and all such things in one flag. This flag truly represent this country to the fullest and its social and economic culture.

Born on April 24, 1919 in Puerto Naos Arrecife (Lanzarote), César Manrique Cabrera was the son of Francisca (food merchant) and Gumersindo. César had sister and a brother apart from his twin sister Amparo by just a few minutes.
A typical middle class family was from where the Manriques came. During his infancy, he was between El Charco de San Gines and La Caleta de Famara, developed close link with the natural world. His childhood friendship with Pepin Ramirez marked the history of Lanzarote, as destiny united their two lines of work – painter and politician – creating masterpieces which changed the future of the island.
A house was built by his father in Caleta de Famara next to the ocean which left an impression that lasted his whole life.
In 1938, Spanish Civil War made him enter in the artillery of Ceut as a volunteer, a fact which produced sad and heartbreaking memories in the near future. He later on studied at the La Laguna, Tenerife, but after two years he decided to not get his degree and went on to visit La Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de Madrid, which was sponsored by La Capitania General de Canarias.
He met up with Pepi Gomez, in Madrid, where he lived for eighteen years, a bond that shattered with her demise in 1963. All these years, he dwelled between Lanzarote and New York, receiving artiste inspirations from contemporary American artists and enhancing his techniques in college and assemblage.
When He took his last breath at the age of 73 in a disastrous car accident, one fatal day the 25 of September 1992, next to the Foundation, near Arrecife. The irony of fate was who knew that he would encounter death in a car accident, the person who loathed the massive amount of vehicles.
Cesar Manrique was a legend who acknowledged conservation of the natural world with the resources is what the contemporary world proposes. This is the current reality that it’s impossible to imagine Lanzarote as it remains now with no César Manrique. He was the man who planned urban developments. He is a sculptor, painter, architect, construction adviser, monument preserver, ecologist, outline of landscapes and gardens.
