Melanie and I left her house about 12:45 am today to 
drive to the country and photo shooting stars.  We got 
skunked as did a lot of other star gazers although we did see 
about three in two hours and also had a nice view of the Big Dipper.

I had some tv work done and after he left I discovered
my phone and internet was out.  I looked in the box and this is
what fell out when I took off the cover.
After a secnd repairman discovered what was wrong and 
didnt' charge me I said I would fix the mess.

Another morning getting up at 3:30 to drive to country 
to photo the meteor shower.  It was a bust but before I 
left I looked around and liked the view behind me.

This day in 1977 a tornado hit our house and twenty others.  
Thankfully no one was hurt.  A teenage neighbor took the 
tornado photo from his basement as it came toward his house.
